Deepika has recorded these meditations to especially support you in feeling connected to your body as a source of wisdom, connection to your ancestry and a friend who has been through much growth and change along with you. In this process, my hope is that you find a new sense of respect for your physical self and a deep sense of love towards what holds your life: your Soma, Your Body.

She has also recorded this with a focus on how interlinked we are to our family of origins. Often because of much pain and disruptions we can unconsciously disconnect from our origins. Connection With Life: Belonging to Life

In this meditation you are invited to experience a simple truth: that your life is not an isolated and invidiual event and phenomena in this world. But, that your life is a part of an expansive intertwining of fate, events, and weaved into it the stories from which you have come. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience yourself as a person who has much deeper roots in this earth, in this world.

Body Safety: Feeling Safe Within Your Physical Self

This meditation is one that will help you deeply to feel safe to exist in your physical self. It is not unusual for one to feel separate, disoriented and disconnected from our own body and by that extension our own Self. We can see evidence of this when we find ourselves struggling to be alone or feeling distressed by it. This meditation can immensely help you to begin experiencing your body as a safe container that is able to hold all feelings and waves of emotions that comes when you can begin to access the sense of safe in your own pace and time.
